Tengo una muy buena impresión. El montaje es sencillo. Todo funciona, a excepción del ocular de ajuste incluido (no veo nada con él; posiblemente sea un modelo incorrecto, pero tampoco es imprescindible). El contraste de fases es impecable en los tres objetivos para cultivos celulares estándar de células de mamíferos. Las placas de fase están correctamente ajustadas y claramente etiquetadas. Hasta ahora no he encontrado ninguna desventaja con respecto a nuestros otros microscopios, algunos de ellos mucho más caros. El campo claro no es muy relevante para nosotros, pero parece funcionar bien. Queda por ver si la robustez resiste el uso de los estudiantes, pero hasta ahora el dispositivo da una impresión de solidez y facilidad de uso.
Conclusión: ¡un microscopio de cultivo celular excelente para aplicaciones estándar en investigación con una relación calidad-precio inmejorable!
