Meade XWA 100 degree Eyepieces
Featuring a staggering 100 degree apparent field of view, Meade Series 5000 Xtreme Wide Angle Eyepieces use 9 optical elements to achieve a high contrast image with razor sharp correction all the way to the edge of the field even with fast aperture scopes. Using these eyepieces you forget that you are actually looking through a telescope. It is more like a window into space. Blackened lens edges and internal surfaces give enhanced contrast, and the parfocal design makes switching eyepieces comfortable with little or no focus change between eyepieces of the series. With a precision machined 2" (50,8mm) barrel, comfortably long 12,5mm eye relief, and rubber eyeguard for comfort and blocking stray light. Please note that the eyepiece is a large 2" barrel diameter eyepiece and requires a 2" diagonal or eyepiece holder.
