Manfrotto Top Lock quick-change travel adapter
The Top Lock quick-change travel adapter is suitable for attaching Arca-compatible plates to 494 or 496 Manfrotto Befree ball heads. It is Manfrotto’s first Arca adapter which is compact enough for the Manfrotto Befree tripod collection, so that the legs can be perfectly folded against the head and the Top Lock quick-change adapter. The lightweight aluminium adapter has a spirit level for precise vertical camera alignment, thus shortening post-production time. The adapter features an ergonomic dial on its side to securely lock the plate in place.
To mount the MSQ6T adapter on the Befree tripod head, unscrew the plate mount from the head using the hex key, replace it with the MSQ6T, and secure it with its own screw.
The Arca-compatible plate (e.g. 200PL-PRO) is not included with the adapter. Quick release plates can be ordered separately.
