The Compact Light is the lightest tripod in Manfrotto's product range. It is the middle ground between a mini tripod and a standard-sized tripod. It is ideally suited to all compact system cameras. Thanks to its small dimensions and it being as light as a feather, it will be your constant companion. Thanks to the universal ¼ inch camera attachment and the new quick wheel, you can attach and detach your camera in seconds. With the help of the inbuilt ball head and the single adjusting knob, you can quickly set the camera position and block all movements.
Compatibility- The Compact Light is designed for compact system cameras. Thanks to the universal ¼ inch screw thread and the simple fastening system, it is ideally suited to use with numerous devices up to 1.5kg, such as iPhones® (with KLYP+) and all kinds of compact and bridge cameras. If the Compact Light is used with an entry-level DSLR camera, only standard kit lenses should be used to ensure the same performance as with lighter cameras. Please be aware that a range of semi-professional and professional equipment exceed these requirements.
If you have a Sony Nex 5R/5T, you have probably noticed that the surface area around the tripod thread is very small on these models. For this reason, a special adapter to increase the surface area on these special cameras and, therefore, increase their stability on the tripod comes with every Compact Light.
